Connect Jira, GitHub or a webhook

Jira — use an account with minimal permissions, choose a project and test the connection. The link number does not appear in the customer portal.

GitHub Issues — the feature may be unavailable in your workspace. In that case you cannot enable it yourself.

Webhook — provide an HTTPS address and a secret, then select it in an automation. When ownership changes, change the secret or disable the connection entirely.
