Billing, seats and storage

The first active staff seat is free. Each additional seat costs PLN 30 / month.
Buying a seat during a billing period invoices the remaining days immediately. Reducing the number of seats does not generate a refund.

Requesters and portal customers do not take paid seats.

The base plan includes 100 MiB of storage. A 1 GiB pack costs PLN 10 / month.

Before issuing invoices, complete the company details and billing email address. An issued invoice cannot be edited — only a correction or reissue is possible.
