Find an answer in Help In the workspace click **Help** and type the problem the way you would describe it (for example “can’t sign in”, “VAT invoice”).
Create a request 1. In the header choose **Contact**. 2. Choose the category closest to the issue (and a subtopic if available). 3. If related articles appear, read them. 4. Fill in the form. 5. Attach a file if needed. 6. Submit the form and wait for confirmation.
Track and update a request In the header open **My requests**. You will find cases you created or that were shared with you.
Lemric account vs organisation On **lemric.com** you manage your account: profile, password, multi-factor authentication, sessions and notifications.
Secure your account On lemric.com go to **Account → Security**, set a strong password, turn on multi-factor authentication and save your recovery codes. Revoke sessions from devices you do not recognise.
